Tour Price:
Included in this fabulous Glatt Kosher program are guest accommodations, three delicious gourmet meals daily and two Seders, plus features listed. Program begins with lunch on day of check-in and ends with breakfast on day of check-out. Lunch or box lunch is not included on day of check-out. Airfare is not included. Add 25% for all applicable taxes, service charges and tips for Dining Room Staff, Chambermaids & Bellmen.

Deposit and Confirmation:
A deposit of $500.00 per room and $1,000.00 per suite is required to confirm your reservation. Upon receipt of your deposit you will receive a written confirmation including the final bill for payment. No other bills or reminders will be forthcoming.

Final Payment:
Final payment in full is due no later than 60 days before arrival.

Full refund will be made if reservation is cancelled at least 60 days before arrival. If your cancellation is received:

  • 59 to 50 days before arrival: A full refund less 25% of package price
  • 49 to 40 days before arrival: A full refund less 50% of package price
  • 39 to 30 days before arrival: A full refund less 75% of package price
  • Within 29 days before arrival: No refund

Once the tour is in progress, no refund for the tour can be considered.

By attending the Elite Dimensions Passover Tours program at the Doubletree by Hilton Orlando at SeaWorld, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to Covid-19 or similar health hazards. The passage contract in use by the airline concerned, when issued, shall constitute the sole contract between the airlines and the trip participant and/or passenger. The right is reserved to decline to accept or retain any person as a member of the program at any time without penalty to Elite Dimensions Tours, Inc. Additional expenses, if any, shall be borne by the trip participant. Elite Dimensions Tours, Inc. expressly reserves the right to make any changes in the program should it become necessary. From the time of booking through participation in this program, the trip participant acknowledges having read and agrees to the above terms and conditions.
