Tour Price:
Included are guest accommodations, three Glatt Kosher/Cholov Yisroel meals daily and two Seders, plus features listed. Program begins with lunch on day of check-in and ends with breakfast on day of check-out. Lunch or box lunch is not included on day of check-out. Airfare is not included. Taxes and tips: add 24% for local taxes and tips for Dining Room Personnel, Chambermaids & Bellmen.
Confirmation:
Upon receipt of your deposit you will receive a written confirmation including the final bill for payment.
Final Payment:
Final payment in full is due no later than 30 days before arrival. No other bills or reminders will be forthcoming.
Cancellations:
Full refunds will be made if tour is cancelled at least 30 days before arrival.
If your cancellation is received:
- 29 to 24 days before arrival: A full refund less 25% of package price
- Within 23 days before arrival: A full refund less 50% of package price
No Show: No refund
CANCELLATION INSURANCE IS ADVISABLE
Once the tour is in progress, no refund for the tour can be considered.
Responsibility:
Elite Dimensions Tours, Inc., a/k/a Elite Dimensions Passover Tours, and/or its agents acts only as agent for the hotels, airlines, bus companies, or owners or contractors providing accommodations, transportation or other services. All tickets, vouchers and coupons issued by Elite Dimensions Tours, Inc. are made under the express condition that Elite Dimensions Tours, Inc. shall not be liable or responsible for any loss, injury, accident, delay, damages, strikes, maintenance conditions, room conditions, baggage losses/damages or irregularity or from any cause beyond Elite Dimensions Tours control. The passage contract in use by the airline concerned, when issued, shall constitute the sole contract between the airlines and the tour purchaser and/or passenger. Elite Dimensions Tours, Inc. acting only as liaison and not as an agent between private babysitters and parents does not claim to have interviewed or done any background check on these sitters
and therefore shall not be liable or responsible for any injury, accident or other circumstance that may transpire between the babysitters and the parents children. It is the responsibility of the parents retaining private babysitters to make any determination regarding their reliability or integrity. The right is reserved to decline to accept or retain any person as a member of the tour or program at any time without penalty to Elite Dimensions Tours, Inc. Additional expenses, if any, shall be borne by the tour purchaser. Elite Dimensions Tours, Inc. expressly reserves the right to make any changes in the tour should it become necessary.
